Refund policy

your right to cancel (online orders) If you have purchased from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us after notifying us of your cancellation.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund regardless of how or when you purchased it. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where possible, photos of the issue.

Sale items Sale items carry the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items. We do not exclude sale items from our returns or refund process.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: live bait, perishable goods, and any items that have been used or opened where a seal has been broken.
