Preston Innovations Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic — The Elastic That Does It All

Why Your Elastic Choice Matters

Ask any match angler and they'll tell you — the elastic in your pole is just as important as the bait on your hook. Too stiff and you'll bump fish; too soft and you'll lose control of bigger specimens. The Preston Innovations Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic is engineered to sit right in that sweet spot, combining the best properties of solid and hollow elastic into one outstanding product.

What Is Hybrid Elastic?

Hybrid elastic blends the smooth, consistent stretch of solid elastic with the power and shock absorption of hollow elastic. The result is an elastic that flows through your pole sections effortlessly, cushions the initial lunge of a fish, and gives you the backbone to control and land it confidently.

Key Features of the Dura Slip

• Hybrid construction — solid core with hollow outer for the best of both worlds
• Ultra-low friction — the Dura Slip coating means it glides through your top kit with minimal resistance
• Consistent stretch — no dead spots or uneven tension throughout the elastic
• Durable — built to withstand a full season of hard match fishing

What Can You Use It For?

The Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic is versatile enough to cover a wide range of pole fishing scenarios:

• Commercial fisheries — handle F1s and carp with confidence
• Canal and river match fishing — perfect for skimmers, bream, and bonus fish
• Silverfish fishing — lighter grades protect fine hooklengths while still giving you control

Available in Multiple Grades

The Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic is available in a range of grades to suit every style of fishing, from delicate silverfish work to hard-hitting commercial carp sessions. Match the grade to your target species and venue for the best results.
